The world sees your handiwork in every tree
Why should they not see it in me?
The colors you do surround A velvety carpet Covers the ground
The rainbow appears above a halo to give
Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter yet it lives
The wind caresses its wings Lifts its leaves from the tree and ground
Carefully, softly carrying it to the next town or
village green Most of the time unseen
Its branches are many yet each a part
Each limb carefully forming a heart
A heart of love waiting to form an acorn or seed
for the ground
It sends forth many a few won't do Food for the animals
Another shade for you
The birds come sing a song
Letting me know I am never alone
Others hover beneath my wings for shade and protection too Yet I stand
Taller
Firmer Stronger
Forever Blooming forever reminding man of'
God's love Nurturance Provision Beauty Perseverance Diversity
Resurrection power
If God can show such for the tree Then He can show it in me
And I say "As it is for the tree So shall it be with Me." Amen, Amen, Amen
